Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Madnie. By accessing or using Madnie — including running a free report, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Madnie is a service operated by Abjad Solutions LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. References to "Madnie," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Abjad Solutions LLC. Our registered mailing address is in Arlington, Virginia.
Madnie is an AI-powered competitive intelligence platform designed for local business owners and marketing professionals. The service analyzes publicly available business profile data — including ratings, reviews, photos, hours, and website presence — and uses artificial intelligence to generate reports, analysis, and recommendations about how a business appears to potential customers relative to local competitors.
Madnie is an informational tool. It is not a marketing agency, a legal advisor, a financial advisor, or a management consultant. Nothing in any Madnie report constitutes professional advice of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Madnie. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Madnie on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Madnie uses passwordless authentication via magic links sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity that occurs under your Madnie account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@madnie.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.
Madnie offers a limited free report to allow users to experience the service. Free reports are limited to one report per email address per 180-day period. We do not disclose this limitation within the product interface. The free tier is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Madnie offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing you authorize Madnie to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription price until you cancel.
Certain Madnie products are available as one-time purchases (including the Visibility Study, Strategy Report, and AI & Tech Audit). One-time purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. If a technical failure prevents delivery, contact us at info@madnie.com for a resolution.
All analysis, reports, recommendations, and written content produced by Madnie are generated by artificial intelligence systems. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
In compliance with applicable AI transparency requirements, we disclose that Madnie's reports are AI-generated outputs and not the work of human analysts.
Madnie collects business profile data from publicly available sources including Google Business Profile listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Business information — including ratings, review counts, photos, and hours — reflects what was publicly available at the time of the most recent data collection and may not reflect real-time conditions.
Madnie does not scrape, store, or republish private or proprietary data. All data used in report generation is sourced from publicly accessible business listings.
Madnie scores are normalized profile-trust scores based on publicly visible business profile signals such as ratings, review count, website presence, photos, and hours. Competitive analysis may compare those signals against businesses appearing in the same local search results within a defined geographic radius, but the numeric score does not account for all factors that influence customer decisions, including but not limited to price, word of mouth, personal relationships, convenience, or customer loyalty.

Madnie and all content, features, functionality, branding, and technology associated with the service are owned by Abjad Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Reports generated for your account are licensed to you for your own business use. You may share individual reports with your clients, partners, or advisors. You may not sell reports, publish them publicly, or use them as the basis for a competing service.
Each subscription tier includes a defined number of business profiles. A "profile" is defined as a unique business location analyzed within your account. Profile counts reset only upon plan upgrade. Unused profiles do not roll over or accumulate credit.
Each paid plan also includes a monthly amount of analysis capacity sized for ordinary use of that plan. Analysis capacity covers AI-generated report sections, report refreshes, monitoring checks, market pulse briefings, technology briefings, and similar automated intelligence features. The exact amount of included capacity may vary by plan, feature, and account configuration.
Madnie may measure analysis capacity internally using usage metrics such as report runs, monitored profiles, data-source calls, AI model usage, input tokens, output tokens, and estimated processing cost. These internal measurements help us operate the service, prevent abuse, and keep plan pricing sustainable. They are not a separate fee unless we clearly present and you approve an additional purchase, upgrade, or usage pack.
If your account approaches or exceeds the normal analysis capacity for your plan, Madnie may notify you, delay non-urgent refreshes, reduce the frequency of deep analysis, limit additional reruns, or ask you to approve an upgrade or additional usage pack before continuing high-volume use. Basic account access and already-generated reports will not be removed solely because you reached a fair-use threshold.
Madnie does not automatically charge surprise overage fees. Any paid overage, usage pack, or plan upgrade must be shown to you before purchase and accepted by you through the checkout or billing flow.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abjad Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Madnie, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Madnie shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Madnie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any report or analysis produced by the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abjad Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the service, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Madnie retains your account data, reports, and associated business intelligence data for as long as your account remains active and for up to 3 years following account closure. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@madnie.com. Certain data may be retained longer where required by law or legitimate business necessity.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Madnie at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes to these Terms by email to your registered address or by prominent notice within the service. Your continued use of Madnie after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Madnie shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@madnie.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Abjad Solutions LLC regarding your use of Madnie and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
