Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 10, 2026 · Abjad Solutions LLC, operating as Madnie
The short version: We collect your email address to authenticate you and send you reports. We collect business names and cities you search for to run analysis. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We use third-party services to run the platform and process payments — those are listed below.
This Privacy Policy explains how Abjad Solutions LLC ("Madnie," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use madnie.com. By using Madnie you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Email address — collected when you submit the gate form to unlock a free report or create an account. Used for authentication, report delivery, and product communications.
- Business name and city — collected when you run an analysis. Used to retrieve business data and generate your report.
- Payment information — collected by Stripe when you purchase a subscription or one-time report. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe handles all payment processing and is subject to its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken within the service. Collected via server logs and analytics tools.
- AI usage and cost telemetry — report runs, agent calls, model names, input tokens, output tokens, cache usage, estimated processing cost, and related technical metadata. Used to operate the service, manage fair-use limits, troubleshoot errors, and understand the cost of delivering each plan.
- Device and browser information — browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address. Used for security monitoring and service optimization.
- Cookies and local storage — we use browser local storage to maintain your authentication session and remember your preferences (such as dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Business data collected on your behalf:
- When you run an analysis, we retrieve publicly available business profile data for the business you searched for and for nearby competitor businesses. This data includes ratings, review counts, photos, hours, website presence, and address information sourced from public business listings.
- This data is used solely to generate your report and is not sold, shared, or used for any other purpose.
